What we collect

• The details needed for your report: name, date of birth, and for kundli reports, time and place of birth.
• Your WhatsApp number and email, to deliver the report and receipts.
• Order details: what you bought, when, payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner and never reach us.
• Basic site analytics such as pages visited, the link or ad that brought you, device type and approximate region. We store a random anonymous ID in your browser for this. It is not linked to your name, number or email.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your report, handle support and refunds, keep records required by law, and measure and improve our site and ads. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the service: payment processing, hosting, AI text generation, WhatsApp and email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Birth details and report files are deleted 90 days after your order. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Write to support@kismatkahani.com. We reply within 48 hours and act within 15 days.

Someone else’s details

For reports that use another person’s details (such as kundli matching), you confirm that you have their permission to share them.
